Job Title: ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management PPM Technical lead
Location: Houston, TX (Remote)
Contract
Roles Responsibilities
10 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITBM applications such as Demand PPM Ideation Program etc along with configuring ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change etc
Hands-on Experience in development of complex workflows
Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool application using webservices RESTSOAP or any other methodology like JDBC etc
Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the asset CI data into ServiceNow
Hands on Experience with scripting Service Client side Client scripts UI Policies Scheduled Jobs Background scripts etc
Build ServiceNow Reports Dashboards
Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile Scrum methodology
Certification a plus
Certified System Administrator must have
Certified Application Developer good to have
CIS Project Portfolio Management good to have
Required Skills
Experience with ServiceNow ITBM ITSM modules
Working knowledge of 3rd party Integrations with ServiceNow
4 years of Experience in ITBM module implementation
Scrum knowhow
Good in scripting languages
Excellent communicator leverage technical business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with internal and external customer Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Relationship Building High-level presentation to Top Management
