What will you be doing?
Serve as Delivery Project Manager initially focused on delivery of our Google Cloud services for a classified Intelligence Community portfolio, including delivery of Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overall program management and accountable for program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Drive program execution with responsibility for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of new and ongoing enterprise programs through all phases from inception to completion to achieve key business and financial objectives.
Although the initial focus of this role will be on our Google service delivery efforts, additional projects will be assigned as needed to support the National Programs Group service portfolio. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for WWT's National Program Group's Google service delivery portfolio delivering specific program activities managing and communicating cost, schedule, and technical performance. Responsibilities will also include support to other Federal Programs when required.
Support Program Manager delivery of all aspects of the program, to include personnel, cost, schedule requirements, risk, performance, and security as well as be responsible to key customer senior personnel (Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), CO and Government PM).
Monitor adherence to master plans and schedules as well as identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensure the program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) identifies schedule and performance concerns allowing for early and effective corrective actions.
Ensure all resources including engineering, sales, and operations personnel are available to support delivery. Partner with engineering, sales, and operations leadership on design concepts, criteria, and delivery efforts for services, development, integration, and test.
Ensure continued success of day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple, large-scale projects/programs.
Minimize our exposure to risk across multiple projects.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Communicate effectively to both WWT and Customer leadership, translating requirements and corporate/mission needs into successful program deliveries.
Perform responsibilities as WWT's primary customer contact for senior level customer engagements. Focal point for communications between the NPG Program teams, functional organizations, and senior customer leadership.
Support strategic client interaction and expectations
Translate WWT's corporate goals into program deliveries. Regularly engage with senior WWT leadership, ensuring WWT's priorities are best represented within the WWT NPG program efforts.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and conduct lessons learned
Additional Program support as required: Assist where needed to keep the overall Program successful.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum five years of project/program management experience, preferably in delivering systems/services supporting the Federal Government.
Program Management certification (e.g., PMI's PMP) is strongly desired.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 10+ years of technical project management experience
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams. Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts. A team player that can lead diverse disciplines in multi-functional teams at all levels of the organization, including senior scientific and engineering subject matter experts.
Understanding financial processes to be able to support informed decision-making. Able to track customer defined metrics, forecast future trends, and manage changes
Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
Excellent communication including written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as meeting facilitation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Project
Experience working within the constraints of Federal policies, procedures, and regulations
Active Top-Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
PMP or similar project management certification(s)
Experience in managing projects encompassing Cloud or Network solutions
Understanding of Government customers Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ITSM processes
