Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Procurement team at CRH Americas who are recruiting for an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Application Specialist to be based in our office in Atlanta. As the successful candidate, you will support the execution of the strategic procurement agenda by implementing and maintaining best in class procurement processes and procurement systems to benefit CRH Operating Companies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring CRH's Coupa system is operating with limited system issues, providing support; execute configuration maintenance, user and role administration and testing of the system; coordinate the release schedule to ensure successful upgrades. Support and execute the supplier onboarding and enablement activities for multiple CRH companies. This is a Hybrid position.
Job Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate level 2 Coupa support for various CRH operating companies
Maintenance of the configuration, monitoring of control reports, user administration including role assignment and approval flows.
Work with the CRH IT teams for each division within their ITIL processes to manage Coupa related incidents, enhancements and requests ensuring SLAs are met
Work with the Coupa support desk
Review and coordinate the implementation of new Coupa releases ensuring minimal impact on the day-to-day operations.
Maintenance of configuration and design documentation, incorporating change requests and new functionalities implemented through new releases.
Ensure that change control procedures are implemented and used for all deployments
Maintain and deliver test plans for user acceptance testing for new functionalities and regression testing.
Partner with local and regional IT responsible for development and support of Coupa integrations with interfacing systems
Support as required in the areas of change management, and training
Support the creation of new training materials by demonstrating new functionalities implemented through new releases or change requests.
Supplier Onboarding and Enablement
Support preparation and onboarding of suppliers to Coupa Supplier Portal and cXML solution (building punchout connections)
Respond to questions from suppliers and the business concerning supplier onboarding and catalog management (punchout)
Making sure that the supplier accounts and content are setup correctly
Support supplier master data cleaning / deduplication and inactivation
Support the regional operations and category teams with vendor enablement.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to evidence experience working as a Procurement process and/or systems professional with sound business acumen. As well as be a dedicated and engaged team player who can collaborate with other functions and strive for continuous improvement of our processes and/or systems.
Must be 18 years in age or older.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
Fluent in English with strong written & verbal communication
Excellent presentation skills
Experience in multi-cultural & Large corporations would be a plus
Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
5+ years' experience in maintaining and coordinating content and supplier enablement with strong business background,
COUPA certified
Experienced in release management and system controls with eProcurement cloud applications
Strong analytical skills in change management and experienced in performing impact assessments on system and processes
Strong relationship management skills
Process and technology oriented
Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management or Information Technology
Experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle considered a plus).
