We support a diverse portfolio of major eComm clients, providing them with beautifully designed and expertly crafted products. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Project Manager.

Position Summary: The Sales Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing multiple accounts, driving incremental sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities across the entire client organization. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in account management, who can build strong relationships with clients while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the entire client organization to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Sales Growth: Drive incremental sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue streams within existing accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, planning, operations, and other divisions, to deliver on client expectations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve account issues and challenges, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Ensure seasonal plans meet business objectives by analyzing business performance with the planning team to maximize sales growth opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or eComm environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and persuasive, with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent follow-up, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).

Preferred:
  • Experience in apparel, screen printing, on demand art, art framing, and/or fine art is a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, on-demand production, or eComm industries.
  • A deep understanding of account management best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.

Requirements:
  • Must live in Austin, Texas.
