Role Overview
Kasasa is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator who will drive and execute the Vision and Strategy of Salesforce Eco-System by working closely with internal stakeholders and team members in a variety of business contexts. Kasasa Salesforce.com eco-system includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud. The platform lead will be responsible for delivering and managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including governance, configuration and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
This role also includes collaborating with internal and external business partners to build solutions in Salesforce ecosystem that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities)
Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction.
Execute vision, strategy and direction of the Salesforce platform.
Define, document, negotiate, communicate, own, and deliver a platform roadmap, from implementing new features, refactoring existing architecture and collaborate with business leaders to bring prototypes into a complete state.
Collaborate closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to determine the suitability and value proposition of the Salesforce platform for planned business initiatives.
Support Salesforce CRM governance process already in place utilizing stakeholder meetings and working teams.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions (Netsuite).
Utilize functional knowledge of Salesforce.com (data structure, configurations, customizations and understanding of how to leverage the tool) to build solutions that meet complex business needs.
Get hands on - Salesforce administration and configuration.
Deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues and perform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and other configuration tasks.
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
Implement App Exchange applications and platforms.
Research and keep current on force.com technologies and communicates trends and future needs from a business perspective.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications)
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3-4 years' experience administering Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud); Community Cloud (preferred) functional and application design.
3-4+ years Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
