SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects within the supply chain function. This role combines project management expertise with supply chain knowledge to drive process improvements, deliver actionable insights, and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will support cross-functional initiatives, maintain performance dashboards, and leverage tools such as DOMO to provide data-driven solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Lead and manage supply chain projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Define project scope, objectives, resources, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Serve as the primary BI data management lead by creating and maintaining dashboards in DOMO to track key metrics and performance indicators.
Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, measure project performance, and provide actionable insights.
Generate and present regular project updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Supply Chain Optimization:
Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Implement best practices in procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with teams across product, planning, sales operations, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to align project objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to support project execution.
Facilitate consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain, such as supplier disruptions or logistics delays.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including quality control, environmental, and safety requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or project management roles, with familiarity in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
Strong project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving proficiency with a data-driven mindset.
Expertise in tools such as DOMO, ERP systems, and project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Leadership and decision-making capabilities, adaptability, and resilience.
