Seeking a Project Manager (PM) to work with the Project Supervisor in taking a project from turnover through construction, close-out and final billing. The Project Manager will ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed to guarantee that the project is delivered safely, on time, and in line with budget requirements and ultimately to the client's satisfaction.
Project Manager Job Qualifications
Knowledge of RF shielding and installation; experience in a commercial and/or medical facilities setting preferred
Minimum 7 years' scheduling experience; Microsoft Project software experience preferred
Understanding of contract language and ability to define scopes of work
Understanding of RFI, PCO, and change order processes; PO, SOV, complete requisition process, and subcontract negotiation and award process
Knowledge of OSHA and general industry safety practices
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to supervise others
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; project accounting software/Timberline experience a plus
Experience with budget process and cost coding; strong analytical skills including forecasting and reporting experience
