Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries via phone and online client portal.
Streamline document processing by preparing and handling title and registration paperwork, including repossession applications and title transfers.
Efficiently manage customer requests for lien releases, contract copies, vehicle titles, and paid-in-full letters.
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as state agencies, auto dealerships, and customers to resolve documentation issues.
Provide top-tier service to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Mentor and support new hires by assisting in the training and development of entry-level title support staff.
Advance your professional skills with the opportunity to obtain a Notary Public certification, if required.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in title processing, document handling, or a related field.
Customer-Focused: Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communication: Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
