JOB OVERVIEW
The creative team at Josie Maran works on a range of cross functional projects including 360 campaigns, site design, packaging design, video, and digital ads. The Sr. Manager, Creative Project Management is responsible for managing all projects and ensuring timely delivery of assets. The role is also responsible for all creative processes and workflow efficiencies.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS, AND PASSION FOR
Manage the workflow of all marketing deliverables, including content production, digital assets, campaign timelines and visual merchandising.
Manage high level companywide initiatives from a creative perspective by partnering with Associate Director, Creative.
Oversee and track the production of creative assets, including digital and print deliverables, social content, video, and email marketing materials.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across all channels.
Understand the different marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, social, content marketing) and ensure creative outputs align with best practices and platform specifications.
Bring expert knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts on how to create a workflow that fits each project, including the uncanny ability to spot and resolve issues before they impact the creative team and business
Drive continuous optimization of all creative operational workflows, processes + tools by continuously identifying opportunities, working with teams to enhance efficiency + effectiveness, and to establish new processes as needed
Train and mentor key stakeholders on processes and best practices, including creative brief creation
Collaborate with other team leads to provide appropriate strategic thinking in all phases of business and project development
Champion and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across disciplines - for example, using PM tool
Assess and manage risks, foresee and resolve bottlenecks, and proactively escalate potential issues
Emulate brand values and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance management
Oversee day-to-day management, ensuring that project timelines, resourcing and workloads and project objectives are on track
Ensure the creative team is delivering best-in-class output and partnership, functioning efficiently, and instilling a culture of collaboration with internal + external partners
REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
5 - 8 years of experience with 360 creative project management and content production workflows across digital, print, video, OOH, retail and more
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth DTC brand or agency that produces high quality creative and content
Working knowledge of project management software, i.e., WorkFront, Wrike, Microsoft Project
Experience with 360 creative project management & Visual Merchandising
Track record of successfully managing teams and can motivate and influence others by displaying strong leadership and emotional intelligence
Proven ability to set priorities, unblock teams, and meet deadlines amid ambiguous situations
Proven ability to work well cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and synthesize information and creative feedback from diverse stakeholders
Innovative and strategic, with an eye for detail and optimizing processes
Creative problem solver that knows every detail of a project from a strategic standpoint to the small details of project management people, timeline, and scope management

Salary: 100,000-$115,000
This position can be based remotely in the US.
If applicant is LA based, must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle. This position will be managing our photoshoot items at the warehouse and picking up any last minute photoshoot needs from the warehouse and taking them to photoshoots that are LA based.
