We have been exclusively retained to work with a pioneering healthcare analytics software company with a primary focus on Medicaid data. Their mission is to enhance the quality of care and services for underserved populations.
About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance business workflows and user experiences. This is an opportunity to lead R&D efforts, working with multi-agent systems, chatbots, and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
NLP Model Development: Build multi-agent NLP systems to enhance workflows and develop conversational interfaces for data interaction.
Cloud Integration: Leverage external cloud APIs to implement and scale AI models.
Chatbot & AI Systems: Create chatbots and AI agents to improve platform navigation and data usability.
Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Skills & Experience
Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
Generative AI & NLP Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and chatbot development.
Experience: 5+ years in AI, NLP, or related fields, with proven success in model implementation and deployment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
Bonus: Healthcare data experience or familiarity with healthcare claims and EHR systems.
What You'll Work On
Product Integration: Enable users to query healthcare claims and EHR data via natural language.
Data Navigation Tools: Develop solutions to help users locate and analyze key information, such as dental or medical claims.
Industry Focus: Work on projects supporting healthcare claims data for state agencies and federal users.
