What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of benefits managers and specialists to deliver best-in-class health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Develop and execute strategies for innovative benefit programs tailored to diverse workforces nationwide.
Partner with top-tier benefits consultants to review coverage options, negotiate rates, and align with business strategies.
Oversee policy creation, open enrollment, and program renewals, ensuring seamless implementation.
Collaborate with carriers, service providers, and internal leaders to optimize benefits results.
Champion the employee experience by creating efficient processes and delivering exceptional support.
Mentor and grow your team, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
Utilize data-driven insights to streamline benefits administration and inform strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of leadership in benefits management, including multi-state responsibilities.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of benefits policies, trends, and compliance requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mastery preferred) and a knack for data-driven problem-solving.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams while driving organizational success.
Strategy: A visionary mindset with the ability to align benefits programs with broader business objectives.
Execution: Strong organizational and communication skills to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments.
