What We're Looking For
The Senior Integrated Strategist will be a key creative partner across Arnold accounts and new business opportunities, always leading with an integrated perspective of channels including social, digital and 'non-traditional' activation.
This person will report into the VP, Integrated Strategy Director and collaborate with strategists across a dynamic, creatively-driven strategy department driving impact for clients and Arnold. This person is a self-motivated team player who wants to partner closely with creative to drive successful outcomes across integrated channels and non-traditional asks. This person is a voracious consumer of digital culture; they have their finger on the pulse and can't get enough of what is happening across platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Integrated Strategist at Arnold, you will find that no two days are alike. Every day something new and exciting comes up, including the following:
Partnering with creative teams to lead social/digital/non-traditional ideation and activation across all of our clients
Running and analyzing social listening reports, trendspotting, and creative audits - adept at leveraging outputs to build insight-driven narratives for clients and internal briefings
Demonstrating a deep passion and knowledge of culture and adept at infusing that perspective of cultural relevance in compelling strategies
Taking a hands-on approach to strategy, working downstream with creative teams to brief in and develop platform-specific ideas - comfortable with developing frameworks to map out an ecosystem of an idea in various ways.
Striving to serve as a thought leader and specialist perspective on all things social/digital/non-traditional activation; always being up-to-date on the latest opportunities across social platforms
Collaborating with clients to drive confidence in insights, strategy and creative ideas; able to offer up perspective into the dynamics of their business through a social, digital and cultural lens
Contributing to the agency's knowledge base by developing ongoing updates of social and digital internal resources including best practices, case studies, POVs, resources etc.
Leading and facilitating discussions effectively with team members, internally and at clients
What You'll Bring to the Table
4-6 years of experience working in/on integrated channel-centric environments or clients
An insatiable appetite for culture
Deep knowledge of social media and digital platforms, creative, and activations
Creatively driven - played a significant role in helping brands activate their unique ideas/personality across social, digital and non-traditional channels
Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, the idea of growing the department and the agency excites you
