WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Manage the pre-screening process for candidates and schedule interviews for various positions, including project managers, sales roles, and quality managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
Support recruitment efforts by maintaining and updating requisitions for 35-40 open positions.
Utilize Paycor HRIS and LinkedIn for candidate management and sourcing, transitioning to SuccessFactors in the near future.
Assist in streamlining the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines in a fully remote work environment.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
3-5 years of strategic sourcing / talent sourcing experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry within a regulated space
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Paycor and SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
Proven ability to handle high-volume requisitions and manage scheduling efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across EST/CST time zones.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility to start in late December or early January.
Must pass a 10-panel background check and drug screening.
