Work collaboratively with translational scientists to advance existing programs towards clinical development and generate proof-of-concept for new indications/technologies
Perform a variety of routine immunology assays including but not limited to ELISA, MSD, Luminex, and ELISPOT
Maintaining cultures with primary cells and tumor lines
Execute in vitro cell based assays
Ex vivo rodent tissue processing and cell isolation
Education:
BS/MS Degree a related field with at least 3 years of experience
Experience:
Experience with multicolor flow cytometry (spectral cytometry a plus)
Experience with maintaining cultures with primary cells and tumor lines
Experience executing in vitro cell based assays
Scientific background in immunology (either job experience or formal training preferred)
Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills
Able to work effectively with minimal direction and oversight, adjusting workload and priorities as needed
Dedicated to working in a matrixed team contributing to shared project and organizational goals.
