We're seeking a seasoned Creative Producer who can take the reins and deliver exceptional results from day one. This role isn't for video producers-it's for a true creative producer or creative project manager with a proven track record of driving diverse creative projects across Social, Brand, Digital, and Paid Media.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 5-10 years in creative production or project management, managing end-to-end processes.
Strategic Leadership: Comfortable engaging with leadership, including C-level executives and VPs.
Creative Expertise: Experience with design guidelines, toolkits, and ideally partnerships (e.g., high-profile collaborations like Brewers, Bucks, TED).
Project Mastery: Skilled at creating timelines, managing budgets, facilitating approvals, and translating business needs into actionable creative solutions.
Communication Excellence: Adept at dissecting business partner input, translating it into creative language, and keeping teams aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Ownership: Strong ability to manage projects from concept to completion with confidence and accountability.
