Loan Specialist Moorpark, CA (ONSITE, 100% in office) $23-24/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and validate data related to home loan processing.
Initiate and manage third-party orders
Review and verify loan documents to ensure compliance with standards.
Respond promptly to routine inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Monitor work queues, taking action as necessary to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and department goals
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous experience in financial services is preferred; mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to lending and mortgages.
