A highly regarded corporate client is seeking skilled applicants for an on-site Document Reviewer role in their Phoenix, AZ office. This is a contract role with an anticipated duration of six months to a year with the possibility of extension. Individuals in this role will identify and index documents in addition to tagging documents for scanning and destruction.
On-site, 5 days per week in Phoenix, AZ
Pay is $25/hour
Contract - 6-12 months at least
Prior document review experience is preferred
40 hours per week, flexible schedule with a daily start time between 7-9am
Required Qualifications/Functions:
This position is ideal for Paralegals or Junior Attorneys with paper review experience.
Practice experience in Document review projects
Ability to lift and move banker boxes as needed
Team player who has the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and communication skills
Attention to detail while handling sensitive or confidential information
Complete all necessary forms and clear conflicts
Experience in mining or environmental industry helpful
Job Description:
Review all the historical records from client's storage
Determine which documents can be scanned and uploaded to a digital database,
Identify what documents can be destroyed.
Review and set aside original docs.
Recheck the boxes after scanning to be sure the complete content has been prepped and scanned before they are sent out to be destroyed.
Help the team with such duties.
