Proclinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to focus on Cell Therapies and be part of a dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is integral to advancing the companies global objectives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of program leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful clinical strategies.
Essential Qualifications Required for this Role:
Medical degree (M.B.B.S. or M.D.) with expertise in Immunology and CAR-T cell therapies.
Must have 10+ years working in clinical settings and drug development, including Phase 1-3 programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
Proven leadership in global cross-functional teams and line management.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leading motivated teams.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
The Global Clinical Lead's responsibilities will be:
Lead clinical and medical expertise input into cell therapy programs and portfolio strategies.
Oversee all clinical scientific aspects of products, ensuring ethical and scientific integrity.
Design, deliver, and interpret clinical studies, maintaining compliance with GCP.
Provide strategic medical insights to research, translational medicine, and clinical development teams.
Monitor medical developments in cell therapy for autoimmune/inflammatory diseases and integrate new data into clinical plans.
Collaborate with teams across early and late clinical development, oncology, and rare diseases to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of clinical development plans.
