Role: Head of Operations (VP Level)
This pivotal role will lead and refine the operational infrastructure across the firm's expanding network of offices. The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, from overseeing practice managers to directing workflow administrators. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting operations, preferably within a public accounting or professional services firm, and will be adept at harmonizing the operations of multiple offices into a unified, efficient structure.
The role is based in Miami and offers a competitive base salary of $200-225k, along with a generous bonus and benefits package. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the design and implementation of firm-wide operational strategies and processes.
-Oversee administrative teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of practice management, reception, data administration, and workflow coordination.
-Unify and integrate multiple offices into a cohesive operational model.
-Enhance efficiency by streamlining workflows and setting up robust compliance and control processes.
-Collaborate closely with the executive team to support the firm's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in operations.
-Experience in professional services or an accounting environment.
-Familiarity with public accounting operations, including managing teams and driving process improvements.
-Proven ability to lead large-scale integration efforts and optimize multi-office operations.
-Demonstrated expertise in designing efficient workflows, compliance management, and scaling operational infrastructure.
-Experience in implementing change management strategies in growing organizations.
