Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and crews throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed project budgets and timelines.
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct client meetings to discuss project scope, design options, and address concerns.
Provide regular project updates to clients, including status reports and progress photos.
Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction with the completed project.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and crew members.
Thoroughly understand project financials for projecting, reporting on, and submitting monthly billings.
Lead and motivate teams, including AP/AR Administrators, Project Engineer Dept, Superintendents, and Foremen.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
Effective listening skills to understand customer needs.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and proactive.
