I'm working with an early stage AI start-up in the behavioural space, that are looking for a Chief of Staff to help them with all their non-technical operations and scaling. They have a big year planned in 2025, as they're significantly looking to grow the team and scale their operations, so this hire is critical for them.
Responsibilities:
Analyze key business metrics to generate actionable, data-driven insights.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
Manage special projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Facilitate strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Oversee internal communications to ensure team alignment and clarity.
Conduct research and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Support external partnerships and nurture strong client relationships.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in management consulting (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG) or operational roles at a high-growth startup.
Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and influence relationships across teams, partners, and customers.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
Skilled at balancing and prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adept in using Google Suite, Notion, Excel, and other project management tools to drive efficiency.
A strong sense of ownership with a "whatever it takes" attitude to achieve success.
Prior experience or genuine interest in the healthcare sector, particularly in provider workflows, behavioral health, or related areas.
