A financial services client is looking to bring on a contract to hire Client Services Representative in the greater Portland, Oregon area. This is a client facing, onsite position that will support financial advisors with administrative duties and tasks.
Duties Include:
Support financial advisors with their clients, book of business and daily tasks
Engage with clients through in-person meetings and phone communication
Draft and compile written materials, presentations, and reports
Monitor and address tasks with set deadlines
Manage incoming calls and record thorough, precise messages
Organize and maintain files and documentation
What We Are Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience doing administrative and sales support preferred
Someone with very strong customer service skills both in person and via phone/email
Strong understanding of general office procedures and equipment (including multi-line phones, FAX, computers, and keyboard skills)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance and conduct required
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
