We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Business Manager to provide comprehensive support to C-Suite Executive and manage key business operations. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with business management responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the office and the achievement of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing communications and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings.
Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Business Management:
Oversee day-to-day business operations, including workflow coordination, process improvement, and resource allocation.
Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage expense tracking for the department.
Liaise between departments to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline operations.
Supports corporate purchasing initiatives
Office and Team Support:
Supervise administrative staff, where applicable and delegate tasks as needed.
Organize team events, retreats, and other team-building activities.
Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA preferred
Government Contract experience preferred
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
