Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning activities for a major water treatment project. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in water treatment processes, manage complex commissioning tasks, and lead a multidisciplinary team. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of water treatment systems, process engineering, client engagement, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
-Commissioning Oversight: Lead the commissioning of water treatment systems, ensuring each stage meets quality and performance standards.
-Process and Engineering Expertise: Ensure integration and functionality of plant systems align with design and optimization goals.
-Team Management: Organize and manage the commissioning team, providing leadership to ensure roles, responsibilities, and timelines are understood.
-Client Interaction: Engage with clients, provide technical updates, and address concerns throughout the commissioning phase.
-Troubleshooting Coordination: Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems, working with specialists to implement corrective actions.
-Chemical Dosing Management: Oversee the commissioning of chemical dosing systems, ensuring optimal dosing for water quality and cost efficiency.
-Instrumentation and Electrical Coordination: Coordinate activities related to instrumentation, control systems, and electrical systems, ensuring proper integration and resolving issues.
-Safety and Compliance: Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Conduct safety briefings, audits, and risk assessments.
-Documentation and Reporting: Oversee commissioning documentation, including system test protocols, acceptance criteria, and handover documentation. Generate commissioning reports.
-Field Engineering Support: Provide support during commissioning, working alongside mechanical supervisors to verify performance and troubleshoot systems.
-Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Expertise:
-Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering with extensive experience in commissioning industrial plants.
-Proven experience in commissioning water treatment plants or similar facilities.
-Client Engagement: Ability to present technical information and manage client expectations.
-Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams during commissioning.
-Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and solving issues.
-Communication Skills: Excellent technical communication skills.
-Instrumentation and Electrical Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge to coordinate activities and solve issues effectively.
