Essential Duties:
Teach curriculum to students and ensure a process of critical thinking within classroom
Measure student achievement through regular educator designed assessments and evaluation
Employ a data-driven approach to teaching practices
Engage in cross-functional and collaborative communication with educator team in areas of lesson planning, teacher observation and student learning metrics
Act as a role model to students, demonstrating alignment with organizational values, policies and culture
Develop and maintain family relationships and consistent communication with students and their families
Direct support staff within the classroom
Requirements:
This role requires an active Wisconsin Teaching Certification (preferably in subject area) and a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field and the ability to attain a charter school teaching license for the state of WI
