We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Construction Superintendent to lead restaurant construction projects from start to finish. As the on-site leader, you'll ensure that all aspects of construction align with timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards specific to restaurant builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Restaurant Expertise: Supervise specialized needs like kitchen layout, HVAC, plumbing, and ADA compliance.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and ensure project compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Communication: Be the point of contact for clients, project managers, and the on-site team.
Qualifications:
5+ years in restaurant or retail construction.
Strong knowledge of construction management software and restaurant-specific systems.
Leadership experience and the ability to manage teams effectively.
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
