We're seeking a Project/Program Manager to support a leading company in the heavy equipment and machinery industry. This role focuses on change control management, standard work creation, and process improvement, contributing directly to the success of large-scale production initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee change control management processes for high-impact projects.
Develop and implement standard work and process improvements to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline production changes and avoid rework.
Create and manage dashboards to monitor and improve performance metrics.
Audit and review relevant documentation such as PPAPs, TFCs, and change notices.
Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications (Desired):
Experience with Power BI/PowerApps for process automation.
Familiarity with Teamcenter, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
Lean/6 Sigma experience.
Understanding of manufacturing, assembly processes, and Bills of Material.
