Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California.
Duties:
Operate multi-line call directors.
Greet clients and partners conducting business with assigned areas and direct them to the appropriate individuals
Interact continuously with all clients
Answer questions related to the products and services of the functional areas
Maintain logs of the whereabouts of partners
Schedule conference rooms and maintain daily logs
Provide relief coverage to other areas as directed by managers
Train new employees and/or cross-train current employees on specific duties related to individual business areas
Perform other duties specific to the individual business areas, such as addressing and stuffing envelopes for mailings, light typing, and accessing information on PCs
Desired Skills/Experience:
2+ years of experience in a professional setting as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Ability to operate a switchboard (or multi-line call director) usually acquired through previous office training is necessary to answer calls
Ability to operate office machines, such as a personal computer or typewriter is necessary to relay messages and perform other duties
