Job Title: Program Manager - Digital Transformation Customer Journey

Role Summary:
In this exciting new role, you will work in our recently founded Digital Transformation Customer Journey Program Management team. You will set up and manage critical IT programs for the Customer Journey stream of our Digital Transformation Program. You are an all-round program manager that is comfortable with technology-driven transformations in alignment with business goals and whose knowledge is not limited to a single business domain. You are confident and experienced in Executive Management alignment and reporting.
This role will report to the Director Global Sales and Marketing IT.
Job Responsibility: • Realization of Business initiatives that are part of the Digital Transformation roadmap. After building the Digital foundation, we push forward in a number of strategic business areas. The business roadmap will need to be broken down into tangible initiatives. • Excellent cross collaboration with key business- and IT-stakeholders - incl. external parties - throughout the program life cycle • Taking ownership of program / project budgets and managing overall delivery of these (incl. their dependencies) • Producing program reports for program boards, portfolio management, IT domain leads, and other stakeholders • Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements and arranging timeframes • Managing program and project teams to ensure completion on time and within budget • Identifying potential risks and threats to current and future programs, often in collaboration with senior managers • Coordinating third party contributions throughout the life cycle of the program • Maintain knowledge of the Project & Program Management, keep up with industry best practices
Job Qualification: • A Bachelor's Degree with project or business management, or IT orientation • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of IT and/or project management • Program & Project Management experience in High Tech industries, environments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills • Seasoned in stakeholder management • Strong intercultural awareness combined with strong business acumen • Driving results with an Innovation Mindset • Strong Adaptability and Resilience • Engaging People and consistently seeking for Self-Development
