JOOLA is for looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager with a passion for growth and interest in pickleball!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Assistant Project Manager to support our Business Intelligence team in managing projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, foster collaboration among team members, and ensure timely project delivery. This role involves task tracking, communication, documentation, and status reporting, as well as supporting the Project Manager in maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Task Tracking and Delegation
  • Monitor project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members and follow up on progress.

Communication and Collaboration
  • Act as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and support among all involved parties.

Meeting Management
  • Schedule meetings, confirm agendas, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Record and distribute meeting notes, ensuring actionable items are documented.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting
  • Provide regular project progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to Project Team summarizing key achievements and challenges.

Resource and Timeline Management
  • Assist in allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and mitigating delays by addressing impediments.

Documentation and File Management
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure files are regularly updated.
  • Oversee the management of project-related materials in compliance with company standards.

Data and KPI Tracking
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to project goals.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform project decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of project management or related experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
