Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex ground-up construction projects. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams through all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Resolve project challenges promptly to maintain progress and quality.
Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in construction project management, with significant experience in ground-up projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, Education, and Hospitality.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
What is on offer?
Salary up to $150,000 depending on experience
Annual performance bonus between 10-15%
