We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide general support to visitors
Organize and schedule appointments
Maintain supplies inventory (office and kitchen)
Ensure operation of office equipment
Assist with expenses reimbursements
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Assist in ordering office lunch and setting up special events
Act as a back up for other members of the office admin team
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years as an receptionist or administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in using Microsoft Word
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
This position will work full-time in the office.
