Role and Responsibilities
Position Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will set the vision and strategy in the digital marketing space, specifically in (but not limited to) these 5 core areas:
Maximize sales and profits by setting up and managing marketing strategies best for the relevant market/customer based on the global/regional strategy.
General responsible for setting up the best localized product strategy, and for the right-time delivery.
Provide the foundation for continued sales and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and connecting them with sales based on continuous communication with the region and organization one is in charge of.
Secure product competitiveness by setting up a differentiating strategy after analyzing the market, customers, competitors and technology.
Set up long-term strategic relations by continuously developing cooperative business models with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
In this role, you will partner with Product Marketing, Global HQ, Sales Strategy & Enablement, retail and multiple other cross-functional partners to oversee strategy and execution of the digital marketing strategy and implementation, performance marketing and analytics, ratings & reviews program and agency management.
Manage and initiate product Strategy, listed products in respective channels and demand management and develop assigned channel to increase distribution coverage.
Create and analyze market strategies for local market also formulate pricing strategy/structure, stabilize trade price and margins.
Establish product positioning position with marketing activities to support the market position
Evaluates Channel opportunities and executes appropriate marketing plans with assigned budget and oversee all market budget spending
Bridges gaps between branch and Head Office to align with Global Operations Center to ensure that all activities can be run smooth according to local and global policy
Generate performance report and timely submit of all administrative report such as Channel report update, routing schedule list, pricing and Market activities and other report may be assigned by management.
Manage Operator/B2B Accounts actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth, and increase sales capability.
Lead the project sales approach to vertical partners and targeted clients and deliver against sales target and also establish ongoing develop strong business relationships with operator channels. Optimize the distribution of all new and existing products to manage promotion planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting.
Drive market share in accordance to the targets; define and maintain the strategic direction of business plan to drive higher business contribution and ensure effective coverage of assigned accounts
Monitor category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action as needed, to insure achievement of business goals
Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor degree (required)
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and project management required
Prior experience managing, developing and inspiring marketing staff required
Must be able to identify, analyze, interpret, present, explain and execute digital marketing strategies and executions, technical product and development materials
Ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed corporate landscape
Up to 25% travel required (domestic and international)
