Job Description:
S-3 Group is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities Include:? Act as the point of contact among Partners, Principles, Clients, and external Government Offices.
? Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
? Manage calendars and set up meetings
? Collect, organize, process content and information as needed
? Make travel and accommodation arrangements
? Make lunch and dinner arrangements among clients and contacts
? Keep up with office supplies and house needs, to include facility repairs
? Assist Partners and Principles with their office supplies and technology needs
? Operate printers, copiers, and other office equipment
? Schedule, plan, stage and facilitate office fundraisers and receptions
? Schedule, plan, and stage in person meetings and technology set up for hybrid conference calls.
? Walk up and down stairs with frequency and lift 10-20 pounds at a time
? Maintain a working knowledge of ethical processes and procedures
Requirements and Skills:? Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
? Capitol Hill experience a plus
? Experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint
? Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
? Experience with Apple products and associated applications
? Experience with Canva
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Discretion and confidentiality
? Customer Service experience in any capacity, preferably: travel, hotel management, restaurant service and/or catering
? Outstanding initiative, organizational and time management skills
? Familiarity with office equipment and computer operation
? High School diploma or equivalent
