???? About the Role:

As a Sr. Project Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of engineering and planning, overseeing the design, schedule, budget, and overall performance of critical marine projects. Collaborating with regulatory bodies, customers, and internal teams, you'll ensure each project exceeds expectations in quality, timelines, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead object design development, including technical specs, general arrangements, and system integrations using ABS rules and USCG regulations.
  • Approve construction drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budget reviews, and milestone tracking.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regulatory bodies, engineering firms, customer representatives, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, challenges, and successes.

What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience (marine or shipyard experience preferred).
  • Expertise in ABS/AISC rules, USCG regulations, and heavy structural steel fabrication.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • PMP or CPM certification is a plus.
