Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new placement personnel. In this critical role, you will combine administrative expertise with exceptional organizational skills to support our team and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for onboarding placement personnel to include accurate completion of onboarding packets and verifying I-9 requirements.
Responsible for electronically filing all new hire paperwork into appropriate employee files.
Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure an effective application and interview process for placement personnel and provide support as needed.
Provide weekly HRIS data to provide strategic insight for region operations.
Assist the HR Coordinator with incident/injury investigations by gathering and analyzing injury reports, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Responsible for office administration functions such as opening the office at 7:00 a.m. and closing the office at 4:00 p.m. daily while ensuring the office is kept clean and organized; independently ordering and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and groceries.
Act as a brand ambassador for the regional office by enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Assist in coordinating quarterly parties or events for the office.
Assisting the Operations Manager with additional office support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
High school diploma/GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or HR support experience highly preferred.
