Job Title: SaaS Customer Success Director (MUST LIVE IN AUSTIN)
I am seeking an experienced and driven Customer Success Director to oversee the Customer Success (CS) function for our client, and play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Success team, establishing strategies and processes for customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive account management and effective communication strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on customer needs, deliver solutions, and improve overall outcomes.
Renewal & Expansion: Own the customer renewal process and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for team performance and customer success, ensuring continuous improvement and success across the board.
Tools & Processes: Implement and optimize customer success tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing CS teams.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and drive results.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with customer success tools and process implementation.
