Domain/Industry Vertical: Data and Analytics - Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Asset Management
LTIMindtree is seeking a Manufacturing Data Strategist with extensive expertise in data strategy, asset management, and digital transformation within asset-intensive sectors such as manufacturing and oil & gas. This role is essential for developing and executing comprehensive asset data strategies, creating Manufacturing Data Hubs, and designing Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Asset Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement data strategies that encompass the entire asset lifecycle, utilizing standards like ISO 55000 for Asset Management and CFIHOS for effective information handover across asset phases.Business Case Development & Monetization: Create compelling business cases for data-driven investments by identifying monetization opportunities through effective asset data management.Data Architecture & UNS Development: Design Manufacturing Data Hubs and Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures to enhance data flow between OT and IT systems, leveraging modern data architecture patterns such as data lakes, lakehouses, and data mesh.IT-OT Integration & Compliance: Lead IT-OT integration initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and industry protocols while managing data governance frameworks.Digital Twin & Industry 4.0 Enablement: Utilize asset data to develop Digital Twin models that facilitate predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and operational optimization in alignment with Industry 4.0 initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across business units to align data strategies with organizational goals and drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Experience: Over 20 years of experience in data analytics within asset-intensive industries, demonstrating a proven track record in asset management solutions, data strategy development, and large-scale implementations.
Technical Skills:
Data Architecture Patterns: Expertise in designing and implementing data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh concepts, and specialized data products tailored for asset management.
Asset Standards & Compliance: Strong understanding of ISO 55000 for Asset Management, ISO 8000 for Master Data Quality, CFIHOS standards for Asset Lifecycle Management, and document management practices.IT-OT Integration & UNS Expertise: Proficient in OT protocols and IT-OT integration strategies while developing UNS to create robust unified asset data ecosystems.Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills to design impactful data strategies.
Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-expert stakeholders.

Pay Range:
Base Salary:$180,000 per annum to $200,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
