Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine and enhance designs.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and adherence to design standards.
Maintain and contribute to the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the financial services industry.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or financial services sectors.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects and design skills.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
