Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst. In this role, you will support the Asset Management team in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our multifamily real estate portfolio. You will play a crucial part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, assisting in the development of strategies to maximize the value of our assets, and tracking construction projects. This role will have direct impact on the company's performance and lead to further growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the multifamily portfolio.
Analyze property performance data, including occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure the effective implementation of asset management strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the due diligence process for new acquisitions and dispositions.
Support the development and execution of value-add initiatives and capital improvement projects.
Track and report on construction project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
Submit regular updates to stakeholders on construction projects and manage the capital draw process from start to finish.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Detail-oriented with strong time management, written/verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Interest in the real estate industry and a desire to grow within the field.
