We are seeking experienced Cemetery Property Analysts Sr. to join our team. This role involves drafting and mapping property layouts, managing project documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AutoCAD, project planning, and excellent organizational skills. This is a work-from-home position with occasional training onsite at our Houston, TX office.
Job Description
1. Drafting and Mapping:
- Use AutoCAD experience to produce a variety of mapping exhibits
- Examine and edit CAD drawings and surveys
- Format drawings for cloud-GIS consumption.
2. Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
- Generate regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
- Compile project close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals.
3. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and address issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- GIS experience is desirable but not required.
