Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager-Residential Construction, in the Pittsburgh, PA market. The qualified candidate for this position will ideally have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Construction setting. Experience with Residential Construction is a perk!

Responsibilities include:
Planning and scheduling: Create work schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure the project is completed on time
Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, monitor the budget, and manage costs to stay within budget
Compliance: Ensure the project complies with legal requirements, safety codes, and other regulations
Communication: Report progress to clients and other stakeholders, and communicate challenges and changes to the project
Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to define project objectives and allocate resources
Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Safety: Ensure the safety of workers and enforce safety policies and procedures
Procurement: Purchase or hire equipment and materials
Permitting: Secure appropriate licenses and permits
Records: Keep detailed records of the project's progress
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction
Stable work history
High School Diploma
Residential Construction preferred, but not a necessity
