Job Description:

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Angular Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Angular 13/18 and related technologies, combined with the ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing early morning coordination with offshore teams while attending daytime meetings with project managers and business stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the design and development of Angular-based applications using Angular Material and Cloud Foundry.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Angular applications with Java microservices and Oracle SQL databases.
  • Oversee code quality and deployment pipelines utilizing Concourse, Jenkins, and GitHub Enterprise.
  • Foster a collaborative Agile environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Angular 13/18, including Angular Material.
  • Strong background in Java microservices, Jenkins, and Oracle SQL.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and CI/CD tools such as SonarQube and Concourse.
  • Proficiency in managing offshore coordination and engaging with stakeholders effectively.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
