Cherokee Federal is seeking a highly skilled Junior ORACLE Cloud HCM Developer II to design, implement, and update applications that enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will create custom features, deploy new tools, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and provide individual solutions within Oracle HCM to users. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to handle complex problems efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for ORACLE HCM Cloud Developer: $77,000 - $115,000 Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other related field and 3 to 5 years of solution design or programing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM &Payroll.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with PL SQL.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and interface with internal customers and external vendors.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder able to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Preferred:
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripted languages.
Advanced knowledge of source control and branching strategies.
Technical Oracle experience with OIC.
