Our client is looking for a talented and proactive Video Editor to contribute to the creation of engaging video content for our rapidly expanding line of outdoor power equipment. The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:Edit and enhance product videos for various sales channels, showcasing proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling video scripts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Actively participate in the ideation phase of video development, contributing creative concepts and innovative ideas to enhance the overall storytelling and visual appeal of video content.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to ensure our video content remains cutting-edge and aligns with market expectations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
Work closely with the Creative Director, Photographer, & Graphic Designer, team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
Be adaptable and flexible, willing to jump in and collaborate on various projects to meet the dynamic needs of the company.
Take feedback and constructive criticism professionally to continually improve the quality of video content.
Qualifications:Strong skills in animation and Adobe After Effects or similar software such as: Davinci Resolve, Hit
Film Express, Blender, HitFilm Pro, Natron, Fusion or Apple MotionProficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software: Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, HitFilm Express, Sony Vegas Pro, Lightworks and iMovie
A strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and previous projects.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-brand, visually appealing content.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
While not mandatory, candidates possessing video shooting capabilities will be given a competitive advantage.
