A rapidly growing company in the Qualified Settlements Funds space is looking to hire a COO to lead their QSF & Treasury Team. This company is responsible for the distribution of billions of dollars to mass torts and class action lawsuits claimants. You will be part of an award-winning management team that puts both internal culture and external customer service at the forefront of their mission to positively impact settlement administration to all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and implementation of policies and procedures to help better streamline QSF process
Ensure day to day operations are running smoothly across QSF & Treasury team
Report directly into the CEO
Provide deep understanding of and guidance on company's cash flow. Handling finances
Manage a team of Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, financial employees, and support staff
Promote and facilitate collaboration and comradery amongst team
Requirements:
10+ years of experience
Experience with mass tort and class action lawsuit settlement fund administration
Deep understanding of funds administration and cash flow
Detail-oriented and process driven
Enthusiasm surrounding a collaborative work environment
Desire to make a difference. You are responsible for getting claimants the funds they are deserved
