Job Description
DAY TO DAY:
Primary responsibilities of this role are: • Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system • Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents • Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution • Prepare customer communication • Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded.
Additional responsibilities may include: • Assist with other collateral related tasks as needed (including continuations of UCCs, or other ongoing maintenance) • Work with outside agencies (Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Clerk of courts, lending institutions and dealers) to resolve problems
Some clerical/administrative functions including receipt of documents, department mail delivery, and other duties as assigned
