Overview and Objectives of the Position:
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the operation of assigned Pilot Training Program(s) within the Academy. This is a non-flying position.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day Customer training activities specific to the program aircraft to include aircraft-specific training delivery, and training documentation
Monitor student's Flightlogger account to ensure accurate data input.
Conduct audits of student records in preparation for stage checks.
Organize and document Additional Training Agreements and Flight Progress Reports
Monitor student's progress against the current Performance Management Process
Alert Chief Flight Instructor for any student that is approaching training limits
Prepare program specific reports for utilization at the Training Review Board
Adhere to SOP's and regulations
Provide information and resources to individual Instructors in support of the conduct of Customer training.
Ensure Instructors are informed of unique Customer training requirements and ensure compliance with those requirements during Customers' training.

Hold at least an FAA Private Pilot Certificate
