We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Union Relations Representative to join our client's team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering positive relationships between our organization and labor unions. Your responsibilities will include negotiating collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and representing the company in union-related matters.
The is a hybrid role and you will be in the office at least 2 times a week and more if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and labor unions.
Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements effectively.
Advise leadership on labor laws, union organizing principles, and compliance requirements.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between the organization and union representatives.
Represent the company in union meetings, discussions, and dispute resolution proceedings.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and union policies to ensure company adherence.
Qualifications:
In-depth Human Resources knowledge and experience with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union organizing principles.
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
