You are passionate about supporting people through joyous and difficult situations and are able to maintain a personal touch through multiple administrative requirements. Responsibilities:
Administer In-house leave of absence program for approximately 50 new requests monthly
Maintain current knowledge base, and adhere to compliance, of federal and state laws related to LOA
Manage appropriate communication with employees and managers affected by an employee's LOA
Verify all paperwork is complete and filed according to policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality and share information accordingly
Assist in creation of work accommodations and return to work requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience managing LOA processes solely with in house resources
Multi-state LOA administration experience highly desirable
Skills:
High level of detail orientation and organization
Strong communication skills with all levels of employees

100% on site role
